These bylaws may be revised or amended by a majority vote of the members present and voting at any regular or special church meeting, whether held in person or virtually, provided that said revision or amendment has been submitted in writing and made available to voting members for review at least fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting at which the vote to amend the bylaws will be taken.
